I have no service for ‘My tariff: Red Internet & Phone 500 Cable’ the internet indicator in the cable box is blinking red and restarting didn’t fixed it.

Cable Box model seems to be TG3442DE

Can someone help me or is there a phone number to speak in English or Spanish please?
