Hello, I am looking for a solution for past 2 months. I have been calling Vodafone, visiting the Vodafone office, but no solution yet. My problem is as follows:

I shifted to a new city and transferred my Vodafone connection with me. Vodafone technician came two months ago to fix the connection. He had to come twice to do this. In the second visit he said that there is N3 problem in our connection. And he left. I called Vodafone several times. They transferred the issue to Kabel Deutschland and could not give answer. KD said that the N3 issue could only be resolved by Vodafone. But there has been no visible progress on this issue. We dont know what to do now?

The helpline is also not giving any answers as to when this issue will be resolved. Most of the times they make us realize that we should learn German because we are living in Germany. No harm in this, but my priority on the call is finding a solution to N3 problem, which the Helpline employee completely ignores.

Can anyone help me on this topic?

Thank you for the reply. It sounds good that the civil work is completed. I am waiting for the call from Vodafone/Kablecom to make an appointment and start the internet. Will it be possible for you to let me know exactly when I will receive the call?
