My DSL connection does not work for 3 days

I have a Fritz box 7430 and the power / dsl line is blinking constantly for 3 days. I have followed every instruction from fritzbox and vodafone and nothing has worked. the hottline also does not work for me. can a moderator help me get a technician to come and check out the issue?
