Internet connection not available in kaufburen gablonzer ring

Hello team,

My internet connection is not available in my flat as per the technician who visited the place but the website says it's available till 200 MBPS. So the technician has gone back to get the cable to connect but mentioned that he will take 1-2 weeks for it! Can you please help me getting the internet faster to my house. Additionally, is it possible to use Vodafone hotspot till then.
