Hello, I apologise for my lack of German. I have just signed up for vodafone Internet and Phone 100 DSL. The technician came to our home last week to set up the DSL line however he said that we had to connect the fritz box ourselves. We have tried to do that and followed the instructions, however there is no internet. The Power/DSL light on the fritz box is always blinking. I am having problems as well trying to get someone on the phone. I have attached a screen shot below, and I hope someone will be able to help.

How exactly did you try to activate the modem?
Did you use the MIC? You can find it in your wlcome letter.

Hello, I had an appointment for today where a technician was supposed to come to my home but no one came. Also I got a message that Vodafone has recieved feedback from the technician and are now re-examining my ticket. Can you please tell me what that means?
