English: Problem whith internet connection/ internet connection lost

Hi, last two weeks i have problem whith my internet connection, every few hours my internet conncetion is lost for 1-2 minutes. I started thinking my router is dying. Some times i hear buzzing noises from my router (Sagemcom Fast 5460) Can some one look on this?

Hi, so i take a few days for proper testing and so far it looks like my problem is gone. New router fix it, so now i must send you my old router is that right?

Nice that the new router has solved the problems. Yes you have to send the old router back to us with the return slip. Is it okay if I close your thread?
