Docsis offline

My contract is 1000 Kabel. I set up Vodafone station by myself. 

Here is a problem connecting to internet. When power on, the internet LED is flashing red. So I cannot link to internet.

On 192.168.0.1 page, the status error is : DOCSIS Offline.

Meanwhile TV is working well, which has a contract with another company.

How can I arrange an appointment with technicker?
