I habe keine internet seit 21.09.2019 07:00. Normalerweise starte ich den Router neu und es hilft, aber dieses Mal hilft es nicht. Nur zwei obere Lichter blinken. Es gibt WIFI, aber keine Verbindung zum Internet.
I hatte ein ticket (Referenznummer 6262337#5b9016e#|]), wurde aber aufgefordert, hier eine Nachricht zu posten.
Hilfen mir bitte.

so eine Referenznummer habe ich noch nie gesehen.
Bist Du sicher, dass Du einen DSL-Anschluss von uns hast?
Was für einen Router nutzt Du?

yes. I am using DSL from Vodafone. I called on-call servcie this week and they said that it's better for me to post my problem here in forum, because they can not help me in english. The subject of the email: "Vodafone Kabel Deutschland - Technischer Kundenservice - Ihre Nachricht vom 23.09.2019 Referenznummer 6262337#5b9016e#|]
My customer number is xxx. The model of Router is 'CBN CH6640E'. One top light (power) is on, the second(downloading) is blinking. The last light (WIFI) is also on. Other lights are off. WIFI is availble, but Internet not.
Can you please help me. I am trying to have it fixed almost for one week.

Hello Igor35,
as you already wrote, the modem has not been online for 2 weeks. The neighbours in the house are connected. Have you checked the cabling from the modem to the antenna socket for faults and strength? Do the LEDs on the modem light up?Otherwise we will have to hire a technician. The appointment windows are always 8-11, 11-14, 14-17 and 17-20 o'clock.

The power and WIFI lights are on. The download ligh is blinking. I checked already the cable and reconnected it several times. So let's hire a technician. I prefer 8-11, or 17-20 window on any nearest day. How can I make an appointment?
