I already did it multiple times, please look at my current and closed service requests and tickets in my account.
I already got the confirmation from support by phone that I'm eligible to cancel the contract due to the network hardware used in my house is heavily overutilized and the maintenance ticket is not fulfilled for almost a year as of now. I'm not going to cope with it any longer, I need a stable internet connection for my work.
Also please accept a new complaint: for the 3rd day in a row I'm experiencing network failures, and the same was a week ago, and a week before that. This is super annoying.
