Since December my wifi has been dropping regularly and then coming back within less than a minute, multiple times all day and evening. It's making both working and socializing (video calls, due to lockdown) equally impossible. I don't speak good enough German to call the helpline.
Please let me know what other info you need.
Thanks,
Kat

I think the last Canals DBMV are not good but anyway try to optimized your Wlan
In Berlin you have DFS CHannels. It menas Channel 100 is very bad for Big Citys
Change the CHannel in Fritzbox to Channel 48 and chek your Mesh Repeater has really a Mesh connection.
Try to set Settings like in the Pictures

Hello Kidcapricious,
I would be happy to take a look at the line. Please send me a PN with your customer data (name, address, customer number and date of birth).
Then please contact me again here when you have sent me the data.
Kind regards

Hello Kidcapricious,
is there anything showing in the logs about the WLAN dropouts. Are the devices switching between the channels? Have the SSIDs of 2.4 GHz and 5GHz been separated? Has Band Steering been deactivated?
Best regards Fred

Hallo Fred.
Could you explain how I can check these things? I'd be happy to provide this info, but I'm not sure exactly how.
Best,
Kat

Hello Kidcapricious,
do you know someone who knows a bit about the technique? Otherwise, we also have a guide, but everything in German. All settings can also be found in the manual.
Best regards Fred
