Cabel Internt Fault

I ordered a new connection , router came and I plug it in the cable socket,  but the internet light on the router is blinking in red. and no internet can be reached. my  package is Red Internet

Who can help me solve my issue.

do you have several sockets in your living room? Does TV work over the cans? Has the hotline been contacted? Since when is the modem connected?
