I recieved an internet router and though I have set it up the internet is not working. I've called Vodafone and they told me that everything seemed fine from the system and I would therefore have to call and book for a technician to come and fix the connection. However, I speak very little German and despite calling, and being called by, Vodafone I cannot understand the automated messages and the voicemail left. I work from home and depserately need to sort the internet out as soon as possible. Can someone help me book book a technician?
