Hello, I have lost access to my Vodafone homespot service. The service is activated in my account, and my screename and password are complete. The error message is attached.
Please let me know what to do. Thank you,

does the message only appear for one hotspot, or for multiple hotspots?
Did you buy a HotSpot ticket or do you use your own cable connection?
