“join vodafone hotspot” window not working

hello,

i purchased your hotspot and it works fine on the phone but it won’t let me log in on the laptop. the “join vodafone hostpot” screen is actually not responsive at all and when i type in my log in data it says it’s not registered. please fix this.

but with the mobile phone it works without any problems? Have you ever deleted cookies and caches from your computer?
