Poor internet at hotspot

Hi,

I’ve purchased a weekly ticket for a hotspot and for two days it was working fine, but since yesterday I am experiencing huge lag (avg 1200ms) and around 25% packet loss. Can somebody look into this?

Hi alex457,

this spot is provided by a customer modem. How good is the reception to the spot? What is the gross data rate?
