Hi,
I bought a 30-day ticket on April 16th and it worked for about a week (of course with little problems - it worked 1-2 hours and then 10-20 minutes break) and now it does not work at all.
The Hotspots near me are:

The ticket itself is only valid for one device. Which one did you use to buy the ticket? What is the MAC. Then I'd like to look it up. Please send me the data by private message. Also the ticket ID.
