Hotspot access for cable internet failure

Excuse me for English.

Vodafone cable internet is not working since a week in Hildesheim. According to customer care it's a big network fault and may take few more days to repair. Until then as a replacement can I get vodafone hotspot for free? What options I have to use internet?

when you are a part of the Homespot community you can use your customer portal login to use the nearby Homespots. Does the outage still persist? If yes, please send me a private message that includes your customer number, the name with the address and the birth date of the contract owner. Leave a short reply here after you sent the details.

Hello Man66,

 

your tickets were attached to a return path disrupter. The technicians keep trying to find the source of this and check different house installations. Currently your modem is online, but it has a bad signal. The other devices in the building don't have signal problems, please replace the coaxial cable as a first step.

Hello, it's already three weeks the issue started. I have replaced my coaxial cable. Still how long I should wait for the stable connection? Irony is vodafone has charged bill for the whole february month even though it wasn't functional for three weeks.

the currently open tickets are assigned to a fault in the return channel. The modems of the neighbors in the house are running. However, yours is offline. This does not match. Can you please check again if there is a problem with the wiring in the apartment? If not, we will have to call in a technician.

 

You can use any Homespot in the area with the login data for the customer portal.

Hi,

Since last 3/4 days I observed that, internet starts working during night and breaks during the day. It's kind of disruption during the peak hours. I have checked my connections inside apartment and it looks fine also as I said it works sometimes. Could you please check other possibilities?

Please provide a fix soon.

Hello, Any update on this? It's already one and half month that my internet is gone. This is really unacceptable amount of time. 

 

How should I do with my monthly bill? Should I pay even though it's not working? Please clarify and solve the issue ASAP.

Dear multi national Vodafone, I lost all the trust and respect for you. You still can't fix the internet issue and has the audacity to send bill with a fine. I'm fed up of your customer care support, Every day I call you by waiting 15 to 20 mins just to hear technicians are working. For how long?? No  proper response or solution. 

If you can't fix, terminate my contract. I will be really happy to move to another provider. 

 

Also please see my last month bill. Otherwise I will seek legal proceedings through my lawyer.

as already written, the problem does not occur with the neighbors in the house. Can we ask a technician to check the problem on site? Otherwise we will not get anywhere here.

 

The technician needs access to the house system and an info if there are known diseases with Covid 19 in the household.
