Homespot not working 30163, Hannover

Hi everyone.

I see I'm not the only one with such issue, but that's 2nd week in a raw when homespots in Boelckestrasse 3 30163 Hannover is not working.
I've tried to call and they sent me to 3 different numbers with no solution.

Anyone around who can guide me or advice what I should do please?

thanks for the reply and headsup.

 

The only think I am at ip address: 10 72 1 48 and this seems to be a gateway address from a nearby hotspot. 
I'm logged on to another live hotspot nearby. But aside from this IP which is Boleckestraße 3, 30163.
Very annoing situation as I try to find a different number of different teams with no success. So any help or guidance of what I should do is highly appreciated.

There are 3 hotspots in this building and all 3 are online. Can you please send me the MAC of your smartphone via PM?

I weas probably hooked and seen by oine of those Hotspots but not connected as I haven't renewed my subscription. I would gladly buy another ticket but have to be sure it's working and not binning the money.

Do you please have more info, it was a problem and this is solved now? Can you please confirm?

I'm afraid I can't comprehend any problem. Maybe the homespot owner has restarted his router.

 

You can buy a ticket for one hour for a test.

It's less probable to have such a restart as that specific Hotspot was down for more than 2 weeks. What is more sad is that Vodafine has no direct line or email where customers can send and track their issues. I wonder how Vodafone is measuring customer satisfaction and how oftern they make any quality assessment of their service (technical and customer interface).

It was awkward to call e different numbers and be diverted three times to different departments, that seems to be really annoying and useless.
