Homespot logging problem - no landing page.

Hello,

 

- I've been using Vodafone Homespot in my apartment for 2 months.

- when my last ticket expired and I reconnected to the network I couldn't get to the landing page, the hotspot login page - it shows as if there's no connection. (https://hotspot.vodafone.de/api/v4/adhoc?locale=de - "Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at hotspot.vodafone.de."). it is the exact same computer that a day before was surfing the internet using the exact same network.

- I used a bookmark I had for the hotspotshop (https://hotspotshop.vodafone.de/) and it showed up and I could buy another ticket like I did in the prvious times but after the purchase there was still no internet, I got a voucher number but could not use it because I couldn't get to the login page. from the page where I bought the voucher, if I try to click on the button "Sind Sie am Hotspot: dann klicken Sie hier. " I would again be redirected to a page that's a dead end.

- When I check with my phone, I can get to hotspot login page and enter a voucher number, but I only need the internet for my computer.

- The same thing happens if I try to connect with my computer to other vodafone hotspots.

 

Please help me solve the problem or get a refund for the monthly ticket I bought,

did you find a way to use your Hotspot voucher in the meantime? If not, you may contact wlan-shop@kundenservice.vodafone.com or call 0631-3522493 (available daily from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.) for a refund.
