Hello

I purchsed the hotspot flat this past weekend and have not yet recieved the activation code. Since purchasing I have been trying to use the hotspot ticket however for the past two days I am not able to connect to the hotspot from anywhere in my apartment.

Please cancel the request and refund the money.

Hi Sam13,

 

you will get the activation-code via letter, when you did not validate your mail-address. So you bought the Flat AND a ticket?

Please send me your name, address and customer number by PN. Please also let me know here if you have sent the message.
