Hello,

 

So here is the scenerio,

 

1) I was vodafone kabel customer but shifted to new place where vodafone kabel does not provide service so I took vodafone DSL instead.

 

2) I was offered a sim with package 10 euro(Vodafone Young M) but contract was sent which stated 28 euro. Contract was sent twice but wrong and not as prmoissed on phone. First time they said it was mistake and will send you new one. Second it was the same. I have returned both sim and am no longer interested in your contract P.S. I have not signed the contract nor used any sim. It was returned on the same day.

 

Now I have been charged 61,40 euro which I have no clue for what. Kindly solve my issue. I shall be really really grateful.

 

When I call the helpline, the route me so much and no one is willing to listen to me. The automated voice is in german and therefore its really hard for me to connect.

did you contact vodafone by phone or in writing and stated that you would like to cancel the contract?

 

It is possible that the invoice was created before the cancellation of the contract was finalized.

 

But I can imagine how the final price mentioned by you is put together.

Is your DSL contract already active?

 

If yes, you would have had to activate only the GigaKombi, then you would have received another 10 Euro discount.

 

Then you would have paid in the first 12 months 9.99 euros and from the 13th Month 17.99 euros for the Young M without a smartphone.
