Wrong data volume and different price charged from promotion

Hello,

 

I have receitly canceled my contract that I made in 2017 with Vodafone and accepted a promotion which was giving me 10GB for 20 EUR/monthly. Today I received the charge of this new contract for 54 EUR and I also noticed that my account has only 8GB of data.

 

Could someone help me understand and maybe fix this issue?
