Vodafone phone contract cancel or lower the tariffs

Hi,

I tried to contact vodafone customer service but seems to only speak German. 2 years ago I did the contract for 2 iPhone X and one iPad with Vodafone RED M sim with 8 gb datapack. I would to lower the tarrifs since the price of the phone is almost already paid. I would like to reduce datapack to 4gb for lower pay.

Please tell me what needs to be done.

if the two years since the last handset are over, you can send me a private message with your phone number and customer password. We can then have a closer look on your price plan and see, what's possible for you.
