Hello, I have the e-mail telling that you have received my termination request and I would like to receive confirmation by e-mail from you. However, I have not got any e-mail / SMS since then (11/4) and still got charged 19.99 euros on 17/4. Could you please check if the request has been returned to you by chance? Thank you,

what kind of connection did you use? DSL or cable?
What is the exact name of the tariff?
I will move your thread to the correct board then.
Please note that, depending on the bill cycle, at least one more invoice is created after the end of the contract.
