I ordered a SIM card that was supposed to arrive yesterday.
When checking with the tracking number (and the order status in vodafone page), it says it was delivered to the postbox, but nothing was there.
I contacted GLS but they say that vodafone allowed the "DepositService", and that this allows the driver to drop the shipment into my post box. But again, nothing was there. Just advertisement.
What should I do now?
