Hello,
My name is Iarina Mergea and I have a problem regarding my invoice.
I have signed a contract with you on the 7th of June 2018 in Vodafone store - adress : ***, for 25 euro/ month.
My phone number is : +***.
I was informed in the store that an employee made other 4 numbers on my account and I was billed with 198 euro in one month. I was told to pay only 25 euro and wanted to ask you for an invoice on that amount. The issue is that you tried to take the payment from my account this month and I do not want this to happen next month. My bank is not allowed to cancel the payment authorisation.
How can we do so that this not happens in the future?
