Somehow I lost the internet connection on my mobile. I don't even have EDGE connection. Can some agent help me on solving this?
Also, I am both mobile and DSL customer and therefore I should receive 5GB extra on my mobile as promised. But I still have only my usual data limit on my mobile. How can I fix this?

Do you see the provider name in the status line from your phone ?
Can you make phone calls ?
Are you shure that mobile data is enabeld on you smart phone ?
