Hi
I have 2 smartphones with Vodafone, but from 3 days ago I can't use internet, I can't call... I don't know whats is going on. Vodafone didn't tell me nothing, no mail, no call, nothing... and I have contract until September.
I tried to find a mail or something from Vodafone, but I couldn't find nothing. I can't go to office because I'm not in Germany.
There is a phone number but I can't call because that is my problem.
I need a solution now!!! I'm paying for a service that I'm not using

that sounds like bills haven't been paid. However, we don't block someone without various reminders by SMS or letter for payment.
Let me check this for you. Write me a private message with your mobile number and your customer password.
