hi Vodafone team,
There are 2 deductions happening on my account. One is from 'Vodafone Kabel' and the other is from 'vodafone gmbh'. I do not have a mobile phone contract with vodafone at all, i see several deductions from Vodafone in my account. I only have an internet/DSL line. Please can you look into this asap, i have never used the vodafone phone service.

Hi Su,
Sorry to disturb you.
I wanted to restart this thread where i had a extra unauthorized contract from vodafone and you helped me to cancel it.
However the charges were not reversed. I did not receive the approx 500 Euros that i had to receive.
Please can you help me? Thank you.

I talked to Su and she has checked that we have already transferred the amount due to your current account on June 9 th.

Thank you, it was actually credited in a different account than I expected, but the amount seems to be lesser than what was deducted from my account. Is there any calculation where i can see this?
