Mobile contract double charging (since December)

Hello Vodafone Team,

 
In the past 5 months your company is charging me double fees than the fee which is stated in my contract. My original rate is 57,99 Euros (Vodafone Young 2017 M mit Premium Smartphone Special), although I am getting charged with an additional 57,99 Euros each month. I already complained in the shop where I made the contract. I have contacted every single employee there to solve this problem and in the beginning of February they told me they already deleted the other contract but I am still getting double charged and nothing has been transferred back. 
 
Due to this pandemic situation I tried to contact them via telephone in the past few days, nobody answered although I called the given numbers several times.
 
How can we solve this situation? Which kind of documents do you require from me to fix this?

Could you please show us a pic of your last bill (anonymized)?

Hi Krisztian,

 

on your invoice you will be charged for 2 contracts that you have concluded. Please contact the shop where you have concluded the contracts. Only there can this be clarified.
