Hello Vodafone service
I got Feb'20 bill and there is one error. My "GigaKombi mit TV Gutschrift" turned to deduct item. So I got extra deduction in this month.
It was a Credit and showed as "minus" in Jan'20 and former bills.
Pls help to check and process a refund if need. Thanks.

Hi KarenC,
is it possible that you already receive a 5 Euro discount or the Sky package via the cable bill? In this case, the 5 Euros are not possible through the GigaKombi TV on the mobile phone bill.
The additional data volume for the GigaKombi TV is still available.

Thanks for your advice. I checked my Kabel bill, yes, there showed one new item with Rabatt (minus value).
However, Vodafone bill still deduct twice. Pls refer to my attachment for the details. Thanks.

Also your customer password for your mobile contract and at least the attachement that i had to delete.

thank you for the information.
Can you please tell me your customer password for your mobile contract? You should be able to find it in your mobile contract on page 4. Look for the point "Kundenkennwort"
As soon as i have the necessery information, i am allowed to talk about everything with you to handle this case.

in some cases we need the customer password to ensure data protection. Since I have to share more detailed information here, I want to be absolutely sure about something like this. In this respect I ask for your understanding, it also serves your protection.
With the customer password you are basically entitled to obtain information on all contractual matters and to make changes. Therefore please take good care of it.
