Invoiced twice - fooled by Hotline?

Hallo

Sorry for writing in english but I don't speak German.

I moved Germany October 2018 and after finding a flat the first thing I've done is requesting internet for it. I went to Vodafone and they offered me a Gigacube.

After a couple of months, I realized it wasn't enough data&speed for what I wanted so I called the hotline. They asked for my address and they offered me Kabel. They said I could just change from the gigacube to kabel as soon I receive the router. And so I did.
After some months I realized Vodafone was still invoicing me for the GigaCube and then my Oddisee began. I tried to reach to hotline and visited a couple of stores as well but no solution...

I feel discriminated and fooled as I don't speak German.  Can you please solve this issue?

Regards

Carlos

I am reaching to you again as I've received a full invoice of the Gigacube the 26th of March and now I just received an email that an invoice of 86e is coming.

Can you clarify it please?

Hi Carlos,

Happy Easter to you Smiley (fröhlich)

That you should receive such an email is indeed strange.

Su already resolved your issue, so, at best, you should get a final bill that only includes the proportionate base price for the days until the contract was ended. That usually amounts to no more than a few Euro.

Also, the 2 cancelled GigaCubes' base price does not add up to 92 Euro but is much lower, even if it was charged in full.

Maybe, the email does not refer to the GigaCube contracts after all.

You can easily check by comparing the Kundennummer (customer acc no) mentioned in the email.

In any case, if you send me a private message, I'll be happy to look into the matter.

Regards

Micha
