Greetings. I am an American needing help with Vodafone services in English, please. When I call Vodafone they will not speak to me in English. Understandable, but it does not help me. Is anyone willing to help me in English? Right now my main concern in how much data I have in my Internet account. I just moved to a new home, and they will not install Internet/Wifi until the end of the month. I am forced to use my Iphone as a Hotspot for my computer and Ipad. I don't know how much data I have left, or how to add more data. Can anyone help me?

welcome to our community.
You can check your data volume in your MeinVodafone App which can be downloaded in your app store (Google Play, Apple Store) or via center.vodafone.com which can be inserted in the address line of your browser while you have mobile connections.
But if you need individual information to your contracts please send me a private message and tell me your customer data (phone- or customer number) and your customer password.
