Bitte helfen Sie mit (wenn möglich auf Englisch) - wie kann ich meinen Mobilfunkvertrag kündigen? Er soll im August erneuert werden, und ich ziehe zurück in die USA.

Are you using my Vodafone app?  You can cancel your contract there. Under "Mein Tarif"

Also in MeinVodafone on the Web. Under Your tariff -> Contract details.

You can send your cancellation via letter to this adress:

Or via the contact form to the mail team. You can find the contact form here: Kontaktformular  (contact form) 

Necessary information in the cancellation:

* Your customer number and mobile phone number.

* Your name (as contract holder).

* Your intention to terminate the contract.
