I am already customer of Vodafone/Kabeldeutschland for Internet
I received via telephone an offer for mobile phone, I accepted and I received the SIM card at hime
I must activate it.

Then I downloaded MeinVodafoneApp, but this start only without WiFi, and without Wifi I have no line (only emergency numbers)

As per ad of customer service I tried 2nd new sim card and this one is working

I was able to speak with a colleague of yours.
He told me the SIM card is active and I can use.
I tried after hours but still not active.
Then another one told me that the SIM card is broken and he send me a new one already active.
Let's say that a SIM card that accept PIN and permit me emergency call I doubt that is broken but fine I wait now the new SIM.
I shall update here as soon as something new happen

PIN code also delivered
Again: only emergency number possible.
I put SIM card in another mobile and again only emergency number possible
I checked with my moble phone with SIM card of another operator I always use and Vodafone network is detected so your network is present but SIM card you deliver to me cannot register
Franky speaking I am pisted off.
You make me this offer with GIGA COMBI
I accepted but in one week still nothing is working
