Hi, 

I already have a Prepaid SIMCard Vodafone (CallYa Allnet Flat S) and a Red Internet und Phone 50 DSL at home. Both contracts are registered with the same address. I wasn't able to opt for the GigaKombi CallYa Allnet Flat S (3 GB + 1 GB) when I ordered my SIMCard through the Vodafone website. The site always showed an error message saying that I am not a Vodafone client, but I am!

So my question is: 

How do I activate the GigaKombi offer (+1GB of free data) for my prepaid mobile number through the website or APP?

(I already got the plus 1G data for three months, but now it seems the offer was disabled again...)

Hey izacarias,

you can only book the gigakombi callya yourself while initially ordering the simcard.

Its sadly not possible via self service to book it later.

Let me have a look. Please send me a priavte messsage with your mobilenumber/dsl customernumber.
