Hi,
I left Germany in Sep 2018, I am not living in Germany because I lost my job in Germany in MAY 2018.
but I have paid just a few months of my vodafone bills.
After that I decided to return to my home country. At that time, I have been informed by Vodafone customer care, they said that, "they still do not receive." I have no source and income in Germany. I want to close my bank account.
Today I received a mail regarding vodafone bill. Right now I am submitting my company letter. If you need more documents I will submit to you.
Please cancel my contract.
Please check attached documents for my compnay letter and vodafone details

hello and welcome to our community.
If you leave the country an untimely termination depends on the contract you have. Mobile phone contracts can be used nearly all over the world. When you sign a contract, it is running for at least 24 months and can be terminated at the end of the two years with a deadline of 3 months.

Thank you for your response.I hope you understand my situation why I am returned to my home country India. becuase I completely lost my job and no finacial support in germany. I have no alternatives in germany for financial support. Then only I returned to my country. I already informed to Vodafone customer care about my situation they said that "will send cancel form to my email". But still I am not received. Could please cancle my contract. Still need more infomtion please consult germany embassy they will provide How long I was there in germany and all. If you need I will provide you my completed apartment contract at that time.

Hello srinivas,
thanks for your message. As wrote before, you signed a contract for 24 months. So we have to check individually, if an earlier termination is possible. To which countr have you moved? If you now live in the EU, there is no chance for an untimely termination because you can use your price plan all over the EU. Only your data volume is limited to 23 GB per month.
If you do not live in the EU, please send me your documents which prove that you left the country. We need your "Abmeldebescheinigung" and a prove of your new domicile.

Hi,
I have mentioned in my earlier mail my home country is INDIA.
I have returned to my home country INDIA in SEP 2018.
I am submitting my last rent as a proof. Please check attached zip file it contains two files 1. my last rent contract 2. flight tickets.
