Dear community,
Sorry for English! I have just noticed that vodafone still charges me for the terminated GigaCube contract . I took a cube for tests, after 15 days decided to replace on dsl due to the bad quality. However Vodafone keeps on charging me for 34.99. What should i do with regard to this problem? Thank you in advance!

Hi BerndD,
In the shop i was only given a rechnung for the appliance security(pfand) back. I was said that this is more than enough for me that a termination process started.
Recently i came by the shop to check the problem and your specialist said that there was a mistake on thier side.
He scanned all my docs and opened a ticket. That's all. 5 days passed and no change, no refund so far
