Warning letter for service which was cancelled in May 2019

I apologize for asking this in English, but my German isn't good enough to explain this properly.

 

In May 2019 I cancelled my subscription for Vodafone hotspot flat, which costs €4,99 per month, but I continued to be charged for the service in the following months. I asked about this in the community and I was told that it had been terminated and even though I had provided the operator with proof of the transactions made after May 2019, nothing was resolved and I was not issued a refund.

After this, I rejected the payments from my online banking for the unlawful transactions (and I will continue to do so if I am charged again), but I recieved a warning letter from Vodafone threatening me to pay for these missing payments or else they will cancel my services.

I moved from Kabel to DSL in May after I moved apartments, so I no longer have any services with DSL, I don't understand this situation.

Please can someone relieve me of this stress and bring this to an end?

the flat was not cancelled but moved to the new address. Hence the calculations. However, this was communicated to you also in such a way. The Flat would have had to be terminated in the case extra.

It doesn't matter if I moved to a new address or not, I explicitly ended the subscription in May, and I have been charged in months since then and there is nowhere for me to see these bills or manage anything.

I retroactively cancelled these payments because I'm not a subscriber of these services anymore. Where can you show me where I can access this data? Then I will happily pay for what I owe.

Unfortunately there's no cancellation on file from you. How did you cancel the contract? We need a proof for this (e.g. transmission receipt).

I have attached screenshots from my account. I have not been charged since May. What I don't get is, how am I still paying for and using vodafone when I have it at home? Has my account switched since I moved house? You need to tell me what account this is linked to, because I can't log in with my other email address. 

If its not on my online account, then I shouldn't be getting charged for it. I can't find any "cancellation" emails, if you even send them out, I don't know.. but I used to get bills for this service and now I don't.

You have two customer numbers. The hotspotflat exists under the customer number ...811. The contract was concluded with your move. You knew nothing about it?

 

The order confirmation couldn't be delivered. After consultation with our complaint management, I cancelled the contract. All costs will be refunded to you.
