Red+Kids - how to limit data access

Hi,

I want to limit the amount of data usage my kid is using.

Can i set a limit of 1GB myself, or do i have to call the service line to achive that.

here is a short explanation of how to use it in MeinVodafone App.

Red+ main card: Display and set Red+ data volume:

On the homepage of the MeinVodafone app, the main card owner selects the Red+ additional card tile. Here we display for each Red+ participant:

- used data volume

- Allocated data volume

By sliding the controller, the main card owner sets the data volume for each subscriber in 0.25 GB increments.

Save the changes with "Einstellungen speichern" - separately for each participant.

I didn't have the MeinVodafone app on the phone. I was trying to do on the web.

Installed the app and have set a limit per your instructions.

Regarding the "Kinder-Sicherheitseinstellungen" which appear under my child's card.

can i ask please;

1) is that meant to be run from my kid's phone or mein to set it up

2) what exactly does it do.

great that it worked with the setting.

The special security settings are designed for age-appropriate surfing - Internet breaks, subscription blocks etc.

These are controlled via the main card.
