Cable Internet starter modem/router package not delivered

Hi,

I ordered a cable Internet connection in Berlin. The package was not delivered by DHL due to incomplete address. I've been trying to reach Vodafone and DHL, but not able to get through.

Is it possible to pick up the package in person or where do I contact to update my complete address for delivery of package?
