I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO BUY LTE!!! Very expensive!

I am totally frustrated of the bad quality of the HELPDESK team!!!!! On all levels!

- people do not speak any English!!!!!

- bad attitude when asking to speak English

- shutdown the phone

- limited responsibilities and cannot guide to a proper answer

- limited technical know-how! (I am an IT pro!!!)

- they try to convince me that I used 8GB in 1 week!!!

- very very expensive service.

- I already asked for cancelation of the contract

How many support Lines speack german in england?

Yes of course no problem, the contract has a period of 24 Monts after that it can be canceld.

I have the same thing, no signal , no service , no solution and so on

trying to get it cancelled, but be ware this might take a while..

If you feel strong get Rechtsanwalt, that is what I am gonna do!!

because of the fact unhappy1 wasn´t online here since oct 9th and mikelima2´s problem is solved, I close this thread right now.
