Hello, I have canceled my internet connection (Customer code xxx) before moving to another country. But still, money is deducting from my bank account.

Please be informed that you have to pay for additional 3 months after leaving Germany if you cancelled your contract prematurely according to the German Telecommunication law.

Hello mitasree1,
if you cancelled your contract because you moved to another country, it will be cancelled with a notice period of 3 months and will also be charged for this period. Have you looked at your cancellation confirmation?

Hello,
My payment for Vodafone used to direct debit from my bank account. Now, As I already moved from Germany, my bank account going to close soon. From the next month, direct debit from my bank account will not possible. So, please let me know how much money I have to pay (up to final termination). It will be good if I receive an invoice so that I can transfer the money.
Now, as I moved from Germany, my German address (where I used to receive all letters) is no longer accessible for me. So, I can’t receive any mail from Vodafone. Is it possible to send me the invoice to my email address? Also, I am not able to add my contract to my Vodafone account as I don’t have an activation code. Please add my contract to my Vodafone account and also update my email address.
Please let me know what to do next and if you need any further information.

Hi mitasree1,
we can't add your contract to your Mein Vodafone. You have to do that by your own. The activation code is noted in your order confirmation.
For the rest of your questions I need some informations from you. Please send me a private message with the following information:

Hi mitasree1,
based on the moving date you told us of, your contract has been terminated prematurely to 06.12.2018.
According to German law contracts can be cancelled prematurely three months after the moving date. Unfortunately, we cannot bring this date forward any further.

Hello Stephan,
I very much understand that I have to pay for an extra three month. I want to pay also.
Now my German bank account is already closed. Please tell me how do I pay (monthly debit from my bank account is not possible anymore).
I am not able to receive any letter from vodafone as my address in Germany is not valid anymore.
My email is also not updated with my vodafone contract.
I am requesting you send me an invoice to my email address with the amount of money and bank transfer details. So, I can transfer the money.

Hi mitasree1,
if we can't direct debit the invoices, you have pay them by yourself. You can find the invoices til the end of the contract in your customer self portal.
If you aren't registered there yet, please do so. You will find the registration information in your order confirmation.

Hello Stephan,
I have not registered in my Vodafone. I don't have the activation code. I have requested a new activation code but it is showing the only option to get it either by mail or registered e-mail. But my e-mail address was not registered with vodafone contract and my German address is not valid now as I left Germany.
So please tell me what to do to get the activation code and register.
Is it possible to get the activation code to this email address?
