moving to new flat, how to change my existing contract?

Dear Vodafone Team!

I'm VF customer (Red Internet & Phone 1000 Cable, since Dec-2018) planning to move to another flat within the same city (Leipzig).
VF is also available as internet provider at new flat address (also 1Gb cable).

I'd like to remain a VF customer with the same type of contract, same router but at different flat address.
Could you please advise the process for that?

E.g. should I:
1) terminate my current contract for my current flat,
2) order new contract for a new flat,

and etc.
or maybe there's a different process that combines termination of the old contract and creation a new one?

Hello ArtemG,

you don't have to cancel anything. You can take your contract with you. You report your move via our moving service.
