Hi,
I have updated my contract from 100Mbits/s to 500Mbits/s. As per vodafone it should have been activated on 27th May, but it is still stuck. I can see old contract in meinvodafone account as well. I am using my own fritzbox 6660. Does any one have gone through similar issue or know any solution to this? Vodafone is doing round robin between contract and technical department. They cannot figure out what is the issue.
Regards,
Hemant

so you signed a new contract instead upgrading the existing one

Does this mean both contracts will be active? I am okay if this is new contract as long as the new contract is activated. They said change date would be 27th May, so shouldnt the old contract be cancelled and internet should stop working?
So considering I did a new contract, what should be the way to activate this? I havent received any activation code as such. Also I factory reset the Fritzbox and after reboot it connected without needing activation code. seems they still have the mac of the device registered.

seems your old contract is still active
I would revoke/cancel the new contract and upgrade the existing one
