kabel and DSL connection| Need help to cancel KABEL

I recently moved to Nürenberg and i ordered kabel conection from VODAFONE. It was not working then technician came to our house and he told me KABEL is not possible, you must order DSL.

We returned the KABEL and ordered the DSL connection. We recived the DSL connection and got the apointment from technician after 1 month.

 

 

Meanwhile we also recieved again 1Kabel box with the same name as of DSL and within 2days i again returned the kabel box.

Now my DSL is working and after some days i recived a letter from VODAFONE which is saying we cannot cancel the contract as this passed 14days but we never ordered kabel again as we knew its not possible to have kabel connection in my apartment.

I tried so many times with customer care executives but i am not getting any solution.

Each executive gives me different number and i really don't understand how i can manage this situation now. 

Any help would be really appreciable.

I'd be happy to take a look at it. Did you revoke the contract in writing or did you receive a revocation confirmation after the cable technician visited you?

I have good news for you, your cable deal's been revoked. Take a look at your e-mails, you will find a confirmation of the cancellation.

Just a last confirmation. My DSL connection is still alive?

Because earlier customer care executive cancelled my DSL instead of cable.. Would it be possible for you to check whether my DSL is active or revoked?
