Hello,
when I signed the contract, I gave my IBANN number for vodafone to withdraw the cost of the internet directly from my account. I have checked my bank account transaction activities. However, I could not see any payment for the internet. I see 3 bills in the bills section of my wall. I am totally confused.. How can I pay for the bills? Will you withdraw the cost of these bills from my bank? Is there anything I should do at this moment?

The question that arises to me, since when do you have a contract with us and have you received at the beginning of the contract possibly a credit? If so, then the accruing bill will be offset against this until it is used up.
Gladly I look at the whole thing but times. Please send me a PN with your data (name, customer number, address and date of birth).
