Worst Technical Service and Internet

I chose the vodafone for the first time and customer since last 10 months. In last 10 months I registered around 10 complains. In the last week I called technical department more than 20 times becuase in my appartment I have no internet since the last whole week. In my opinion, its the worst internet serivice  of the time.

What service do you have Cable or DSL ?  - so i can move it in the right board. 

I have cable internet.

don't you have any internet or is it slow? What did your colleagues on the hotline say to you?

Is LAN and WLAN affected or only WLAN?

I have no internet at all and today is the 11th day. I contacted so many times, before they were giving me different numbers to contact with. But yesterday he told me that I do not have TV contract so they have closed my connection. I could not understand this. When I did this contract I did this only for Kabel and was working in the last 10 months but then they closed it without any notice.
