Hi,
Apologies for the English post, my German is limited.
Last week, I changed from Red Phone and Internet 100 to CableMax 1000. Unfortunately I am going to cancel within the 14 day withdrawl period, as I'm having some problems with the quality of the router (CGA4233DE) and the removal of IPv4.
I realise to initiate the withdrawl I email kabel-widerruf@vodafone.com but I am not sure how this works, is my connection restored to my previous plan and my original modem (CH7466CE) re-activated? It's important I don't lose connection for a time, as like many, I'm working from home right now.

it is important that you first send your revocation to us. This will then be processed within a few days. You will then receive a confirmation and can then use your existing cable router again.

Frohe Ostern!
I did as instructed, received confirmation back and plugged in the old router. It won't connect (@ symbol flashing constantly). I've tried a factory reset. It's been like this for over 24 hours. Should it take this long? The CableMax router no longer connects either.
