Hi,
For October, I'm charged 55,02 euro for home internet.
For September, it was 19,49 euro. That was the price that I agreed.
Can someone explain the reason and what should I do?

I'm pretty sure that this 19,99 € (or 19,49 € due to the lowered VAT) are only a time-limited offer.
Usually this price only applies for the first 6 or 12 months and afterwards the price increases to the regular price of your plan.
Even the lowest plan (Red Internet & Phone 50 Cable) has a monthly base fee of 29,99 € after the initial period of 24 months has passed...

at the beginning of the contract you have received an order confirmation from us, which informs you about all conditions. You can also find this in your customer portal.
After the first 12 months, which are now over, you have the possibility to change to a smaller tariff.
Internet & Phone 500 at 49,99€
Internet & Phone 400 at 44,99€
Internet & Phone 200 at 39,99€
Internet & Phone 100 at 34,99€
Internet & Phone 50 at 29,99€
You are welcome to tell me which contract is suitable for you.

Does "Internet & Phone 100" have 10 mbps upload bandwidth?

the contract period does not change as a result. Yes, the contract Internet & Phone has an upload of 10 Mbit/s.
